This is the best steak quality bought from store in a long time. It is surprisingly tender and juicy, better than the steak house we used to go.
Raw steaks were purchased from Costco, marinated in Club House Steak Marination for few hours in the room temperature. It was cooked in a cast iron pan at high heat with a thin layer of oil. Cooked medium rare.
